Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver to business addresses in 26 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery to Malta is paused for now. We do not deliver to private addresses or parcel lockers, and not outside the EU (only to parcel lockers on Cyprus).

From where. All orders are packed and sent from Slovakia.

Carriers. We choose the carrier, depending on the country: UPS, GLS, DPD or Packeta. The carriers for each country are in the list below. You cannot choose the carrier.

Time. We prepare and hand over your order in 1-2 working days after we confirm it. Delivery then takes about 6-10 days across the EU. These times are estimates and not fixed dates. You get an e-mail with a tracking link when your parcel is sent.

Delivery prices. Prices are in euro, without VAT, and depend on the country and on the weight of your order. The price below is for an order under 5 kg; from 5 kg, delivery is free.

Free delivery from 5 kg. Delivery is free when the total weight of your order is 5 kg or more. The weight counts the goods in your cart (kilograms of the 1 kg items, the weight of full boxes, and samples). If you remove goods, the price is calculated again.

Packaging. We pack the goods to protect them in transport. Full boxes are sent in their original boxes.

Receiving the parcel. Someone must be at the address during business hours to receive it. The carrier tries to deliver two times. If delivery fails because you were not there, or because the address was wrong, we may charge the extra costs.

Check on delivery. Check the parcel before you sign. If the parcel is damaged or open, write it on the carrier’s delivery note, take photographs, and tell us within 3 working days. Please keep the packaging. Details are in our claims policy.

Delay or loss. If the parcel is late, contact us, and we will ask the carrier. If a parcel is lost, we send a new one or refund the goods and the delivery price.

Risk. The risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to your address.
