Short answer: register with your EU VAT number, wait for approval (usually within 24 hours), then order from 1 kg. We ship from Slovakia to businesses across the EU, and delivery is free from 5kg.

Who can buy?
Our shop is for businesses with a valid EU VAT number. We do not sell to consumers.
How does ordering work?
- Register your company with your VAT number. We check it automatically in the EU VIES registry.
- We approve your account, usually within 24 hours. You receive an e-mail with a button to activate it.
- Log in to see prices, browse the range and download product specifications.
- Order and pay online by prepayment. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store card details.
- Receive your invoice, delivery note and tracking by e-mail once the order is ready for the courier.
What quantities can I order?
From 1 kg. You can choose 1 kg repacked in two 500 g doypacks, or the full original box. Larger quantities are available: ask for an offer through the contact form and choose "Prices for large quantities".
How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
- Free delivery from 5 kg. Below 5kg we charge a flat fee that depends on the country.
- Delivery time: we prepare your order in 1-2 working days, and the courier usually delivers within 6-10 days.
- Countries: We deliver to business addresses across the EU. Delivery to Malta is paused for now.
- Origin of the shipment: all orders are freshly packed and shipped from Slovakia by couriers such as UPS, GLS, DPD and Packeta.

How does VAT work?
Prices in the shop are shown without VAT. For customers in another EU member state with a valid VAT number, the supply is exempt from Slovak VAT under the reverse charge rules. Customers in Slovakia pay Slovak VAT at the rate that applies to the goods.
Can I test the fruit first?
Yes. A small sample of each fruit is available, one sample per fruit and order, always costs 10 Eur per piece.
Frequently asked questions
Can I deliver to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address at checkout. We deliver only to the country where your VAT number is registered.
Do you need the batch number or best-before date?
Tell us before you order through the contact form with the subject "Quality question". We check the stock and confirm.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos and the batch number. We refund or replace goods that arrive damaged or in bad condition. Read the FAQ for more.
